$1.4M Cloud Platform Investment using Fort Technologies MyWorld Cloud Computing Management Software
Managed datacenter services provider Servecentric announced a phased investment of $1.4 million in its new cloud computing platform KloudCentric. In partnership with cloud management company Fort Technologies. The company uses KloudCentric to target the value added reseller channel, which then brand the service and sell on to businesses.
“Servecentric has always been committed to delivering the most flexible and dynamic data centre managed services and KloudCentric is an extension of this commitment,” said chief executive officer of Servecentric Aidan Donnelly.
KloudCentric is built on Fort Technologies MyWorld cloud management software. This enables customers to create their complete IT infrastructure including customized control of servers, business applications, networks and security. Fort’s drag and drop designer, costing tool, provisioning engine and management and monitoring interface enables fast and efficient delivery of all these service features. MyWorld has a three tier structure within it to set up users, pricing, ticketing, monitoring and billing which complements the typical distributor, reseller and end user structure of the IT industry.
