- Drag and Drop designer – A very intuitive drag and drop self service IT environment designer with a configurable library of infrastructure elements, server installed applications and SaaS delivered applications allow the user to design and cost a complete IT environment and provision it without intervention from the datacenter operator or IT department.
- Environment management console – active network map, monitoring and statistics for the end user.
- Edit a running environment – open the already provisioned environment in the designer and change it, with only those parts touched being re-provisioned with support for hot add.
- Pricing – price ach element in the designer library, multiple pricing table, per reseller/department pricing, per end user pricing.
- Multiple Currencies – supported across the application, in the designer pricing pane, quotation and billing output.
- Quotation generation – a reseller or department user may generate a quotation in PDF format and save their design for provisioning once approved.
- Billing & invoicing – available in .CSV format, in branded per reseller/per department invoices in PDF format and can also be accessed in raw format for integration with existing billing systems.
- White labelling – All screens within the application may be branded and again the three tier model comes into play.
- Role based logins – Self service management of reseller/department logins by the account team or department managers.

- VSphere 4.x standard edition or higher and VCenter 4.x foundation edition or higher
- Xen 4.x or higher with Libvirt 0.9.x or higher
- KVM 84 or higher with Libvirt 0.9.x or higher
Hardware & Network requirements for virtualised infrastructure
- 64 bit CPU with Intel VT/AMD-V full hardware virtualisation support
- 1 or more hosts running one or more of the supported hypervisors
- Shared storage accessible from the virtualised hosts
- VLAN capable switched network
- IP subnets to address virtual servers
- Network access between the management host and the virtualised infrastructure for provisioning – limited access required, may be firewalled
- Network access between the management host and the subnets used to address the virtual servers for monitoring and statistics collection – limited access required, may be firewalled
