They have the option of:

• Using default reports for billing
• Exporting the data to their in house billing software
• Batch runs
• Produce invoices directly
• Schedule billing output to system of finance

Invoices can be customised through the content management system, billing can include:

• Full client account identification
• Each component of the clients service
• Per day changes of resources
• Sales tax rates
• Payment terms
• Currency
