Monitoring
Click between the individual servers on the right panel which provides more granular monitoring and status information for individual infrastructure components.

Reports
Selecting ‘History’ will display a historical graph of the selected monitored value. Access reports on historical performance of servers and components. The drop down menu may be used to select the Time Range for the graph. The default is the last 4 hours. Possible values are 4 hours, 24 hours, One Week, One Month, One Year or All to display graphs of all the time ranges in a single window.

Snapshots
Snapshot status and history is also available in the right hand panel.

Ticketing
Support tickets can be raised at any time, again the ticketing system has been structured to operate in a three tier fashion, providing an escalation path and single communications record for issues between the end user and reseller and back to the infrastructure provider.
