Provision
In the designer view you can click the ‘Start over’ button at any time to start the design process again, once you are happy with the final design it can be saved for future approval, sent to a quotation in pdf format or built immediately on your infrastructure platform without any human intervention.
Once a design has been completed the entire ‘build’ is completed and delivered back to you within minutes. The design window closes; the contact in the customer details will get a provisioning email followed shortly by a build completion email and credentials to gain access.
Provisioning pushes the design to the IaaS platform and implements various technical, licensing and billing linkages including:
- Automated execution of the design
- Technical monitoring of design implemented
- Management screens enabled
- Ticketing setup implemented
- Implementation of billing linkages to billing tool
- Client account enabled
- First login and T&Cs prompts enabled
- Welcome pack and email issued to client with login details
Customers that have a running environment will have a cog and a blue tick icon 
under the ‘Environment Status’ column. A building environment will have a cog and green arrow 
and a saved environment will have a floppy disc icon. 
Backend Content Management System
Capacity management can be achieved through the CMS where you set maximum build abilities per customer, account type or globally.
