Upgrade

A client’s needs change over time. They will want to increase or decrease the size and combination of components that make up their service.

• The reseller may wish to up sell or change the service to increase revenues or adapt to the changing needs of their client
• Clients may have temporary burst and seasonal requirements
• The ‘edit environment’ feature assists the client and their reseller to operate independently within the IaaS platform
• All changes are automatically captured and billed.

There is always the option to edit the existing environment through the edit button which open’s the designer screen with the live environment pre-populated and ready to be changed.

Once back in the designer, simply drag and drop new requirements on to the design and press save and build and the client will be upgraded in less than five minutes.
